Sam Samaha Hello and Welcome!!! Sam Samaha’s first goal is to exceed his clients’ expectations. He conducts his business with the simple philosophy of treating all clients equally, whether it is a first time homebuyer, someone looking for an upgrade or a quality "empty-nester" downsize. Sam is fluent in five languages (English, French, Arabic, German and Spanish) which enable him to assist clients from around the world with negotiations with Realtors®, developers and financial representatives to enable a smooth transaction when buying their piece of Southwest Florida paradise. Sam is an avid outdoorsman who really enjoys living the Florida lifestyle to the fullest. He enjoys tennis, golf, scuba diving and horseback riding. His degrees in veterinary medicine, computers, and business management along with being a private pilot permits him to bring to the table special skills, expertise and organizational background which will assist you in navigating easily in a market that is increasingly complicated.
